Packing
We can professionally pack all your household goods and effects for maximum protection during transit and storage.
All materials are designed specifically to protect your valuable assets.
Fragile items, such as china and glassware, are wrapped in specialised paper and then packed in twin cushion cartons (double thickness).
Items requiring specialist care, such as antiques, can be packed in made-to-measure wooden crates.
Each household item to be moved is individually labelled and a full inventory list is prepared.
Storage
We provide a safe, clean and secure storage facility for any goods that need short or long term storage.
While in our care, your effects are:
Stored in purpose-built modules or containers in our dedicated storage facilities
Given maximum safety and security
Easily accessed if you need to add or remove items from storage. We only ask for reasonable notice.
Our service partners also provide storage at destination.
Insurance
Our focus is always on the provision of a high-quality service and preventing damage during the relocation.
However, your goods are exposed to a number of risks whilst in transit or storage, many of which are outside our control.
We recommend you consider protecting your personal possessions and property whilst in transit or storage.
We can arrange comprehensive transit and storage cover through our service provider, Vero Insurance.
Home cleaning
We can arrange a comprehensive home cleaning service to save you time and effort. Choose to have your home cleaned:
• After packing and loading, or
• Before delivery and unpacking.
Optional cleaning extras include:
• Ovens
• Blinds, drapes or curtains cleaning
• Windows
• Exterior home cleaning.
Home gardening and rubbish removal
Before your departure or arrival, we can arrange a gardening service to:
• Mow lawns
• Tidy up the yard and garden
• Remove garden or domestic rubbish.
Pet relocation
We understand your much-loved pet is a very important member of the family.
Through our network of caring professionals, we can arrange the door-to-door transportation of your pets and any boarding services that are required. We only use reputable service providers to look after your pet.
Vehicle relocation
Our experienced staff and service partners can arrange the door-to-door transportation and storage of any vehicle.
We move with confidence any cars, motorbikes, boats and trailers regardless of the type or size.
